That belief shapes everything I do.I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling, which means I'm trained to understand both the complexities of the human mind and the depths of spiritual formation. I specialize in psychodynamic therapy (exploring how your past shapes your present) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (helping you understand and reshape the emotions that drive you).But beyond the credentials, I bring real-life wisdom. I've walked through uncertainty, wrestled with hard questions, and learned that growth is rarely linear. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and always focused on you as a whole person because you are so much more than a collection of symptoms or struggles.Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or deeper connection, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.My passion is helping couples and individuals. My foundation is Jesus Christ and the truth of His Word. I believe in the power of God's love, grace, and redemption to transform lives.
